After teaching sports medicine to family practice residents at Naval Hospital Jacksonville for 10 years he became a Sports Medicine Fellowship Program director with Ascension in 2019. He teaches at the University of Florida full-time as a clinical assistant professor of medicine. He is currently not affiliated with any large medical groups or organizations.
