This course will provide cutting-edge information on the most relevant and common conditions see in the inpatient setting. The targeted learners for this course include: hospital medicine physicians, internal medicine physicians, family practice physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, fellows, residents, and other healthcare professionals interested in hospital-based medicine.

- Evaluate the current state of sepsis recognition and treatment, based on widely accepted published guidelines.
- Determine treatment options for common conditions seen in the geriatric population
- Evaluate key updates & current literature related to the modern practice of hospital medicine, including cancer, cardiology, nephrology, rheumatology and pulmonology.
