Dr. David A. Horowitz is the Associate Chief Medical Officer of the University of Pennsylvania Health System – PENN Medicine, a large academic health system with seven hospitals, a homecare agency, a hospice, a rehab facility, and a large practice plan.  He is also Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
